<image:title>PROJECTS - ONI ASPEN Chef's Table - ONI ASPEN</image:title>
<image:caption>A pop-up dinner party by Chef Adam in Aspen and Amanda Rae Food. Founded on the rooftop of Scarlett’s Aspen in Summer 2019, the Oni Aspen chef’s table experience for up to 22 ticketed guests featured five courses of elevated Asian-Southern fusion fare prepared with Colorado ingredients. A charming combination of the long communal table, twilight views to Aspen Mountain, and Chef Adam’s playful, palate-driven fare drew together new friends. Only in Aspen! Chef Adam and Amanda Rae met while working together at Burger Bar + Fish (RIP) in Snowmass Base Village in February 2012. Together they have collaborated on many private catered events, theme parties, and Grand Tastings at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. Chef Adam and partners launched the Tanuki To-Go pop-up in Aspen’s historic Crystal Palace in 2018. Tanuki and its raucous kitchen chef’s table drew a robust following, in part for Chef Adam’s rockstar brand of fusion street food. Though that project ended abruptly for redevelopment, the team then headed south to open House of the Rising Tanuki-San in Austin, Texas, which quickly became a bustling restaurant. Oni Aspen books private events while seeking a new popup space. Contact amandaraefood@gmail.com and follow our Facebook page for updates.</image:caption>

<image:title>PROJECTS - Everybody Water Aspen - Everybody Water Aspen Liaison</image:title>
<image:caption>Clean water changes lives, especially for women and girls. Everybody Water is on a mission to hydrate the estimated 2 billion people globally who lack access to clean water. I’ve been helping the women-owned, Boston-based company launch in Aspen since December 2020—our first market outside of New England. Everybody Water packages premium water in a recyclable carton to help consumers avoid plastic, and we donate 3% of gross sales to fund clean water projects in developing countries through Water1st International. When women and girls no longer have to collect water for their households, they’re able to attend school, earn income, and thrive. Everybody Water is now the official brand of the historic Hotel Jerome: An Auberge Property, O2 Life, EKS Events, Atlantic Aviation at ASE, Conundrum Catering, Bluebird Productions, Aspen Athleisure, CycleBar, PureBarre, Aspen Shakti, Emporium and Flying Circus, Jus Snowmass, The Collective Snowmass, and more. Everybody Water was showcased in the athlete tent at the 2021 X Games in Aspen, then again at the Inn at Aspen in 2022. Companies companies choose Everybody Water because our mission aligns with their sustainability goals. Want to choose #waterwithaheart and make a cool statement about sustainability for your business? Let’s talk! amandarae@everybodywater.com LEARN MORE: EverybodyWater.com</image:caption>

<image:title>PROJECTS - Aspen Dining Sourcebook - Aspen Dining Sourcebook Restaurant Editor</image:title>
<image:caption>As a media consultant, I helped the Nantucket Dining Sourcebook team produce an innovative Aspen restaurant guide for a winter 2020/2021 launch. I edited the book and curated “The Round Up,” which categorizes Aspen restaurants at-a-glance. Unlike traditional printed dining guides, the Aspen Dining Sourcebook uses digital Flowcodes on the page to ensure that information remains relevant long after publication. Similar to a QR code—but in an attractive, circular format that often incorporates a business logo—Flowcode technology also keeps user data secure. <image:title>PROJECTS - "The Aspen Cookbook" - “The Aspen Cookbook”</image:title>
<image:caption>Published November 2020 Featuring 100+ recipes from 69 chefs, restaurants, and producers in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley, created as a community fundraiser during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. Finalist, 2021 Colorado Book Awards First Place, National Federation of Press Women, 2021 National Contest First Place, National Federation of Press Women, 2021 At-Large Contest Read the media coverage here! I wrote and edited the 164-page hardcover book, which included testing recipes and managing production, photo sourcing, and design by illustrator Julia Bridgforth. I handled all PR/marketing, which earned the book more than a dozen press mentions/articles, and built a robust Facebook page posting inside scoop and reader-submitted feedback. Book sales and charitable donations directly impact a relief grant program for local restaurant workers, established by the Aspen Board of Realtors/YPN Aspen. Judges’ comments, National Federation of Press Women Contest: "A great topic well executed. Well organized. Easy to use or just flip through for fun. Did a very good job of translating restaurant recipes for the home cook. That it benefitted small businesses in a very difficult time was definitely a plus."</image:caption>
